Talarico, Hinojosa lead among Latinos, fall short among rural voters, according to new poll

The poll, conducted by the University of Houston Hobby School of Public Affairs, found most rural voters believe the U.S. is headed in the right direction, while a majority of Latino voters felt the opposite.
